I've spent years in the tropics, sub-tropics, various places around the globe and now Maine. Still...Kodiak has a very special place in my heart. Proudest to say "yes,, I lived in Kodiak."

I was in the Navy ... I was in the Navy in Kodiak 1963 and 1964. I remember well the Good Friday earthquake and tsunami? that followed, March 27, 1964. I returned there with my wife in 2009. Lots have changed but many things have not. It is so beautiful as I remember. Thanks for this video !

ah.....this make me ... ah.....this make me feel so homesick. I grew up in Kodiak, but had to move south to Texas for family.... thank you? so much for putting this up. now I can hop online and see my old home. *tears up* I miss it so much. of course..I lived in the town of Kodiak..
